However, self-confidence is an essential asset in coping with everyday challenges and quality of life. Lack of self-confidence is associated with negative feelings and one of them is “self-doubt” which makes it hard to make decisions, plan the future, and express your true potential. 

In this workshop, I invite you to look within and understand what influences your self-confidence at the individual level. You will learn how to train your mindset for believing more in yourself and acting according to your beliefs.
