About Me

“When I was young, I wanted to change the world.

I found it was difficult to change the world, so I tried to change my nation.

When I found I couldn’t change the nation, I began to focus on my town. I couldn’t change the town and I tried to change my family.

Now, I realize the only thing I can change is myself! and suddenly I realize that if long ago I had changed myself, I could have made an impact on my family. My family and I could have made an impact on our town. Their impact could have changed the nation and I could indeed have changed the world.” Anonymous author

My journey

My journey

My interest for human development developed once with discovering the beauty of applied psychology in my own life.

When I finished university it was clear for me that I want to use psychology in order to help people to improve their life, increase their confidence and become better versions of themselves.

The meeting with Coaching has come in a very inspiring environment, while I was shaping my skills as Mentor in European youth projects.  The Coaching process seemed so natural to me that I immediately felt this is a part I want to explore more.

Further I developed a strong desire to learn from the best so I started to learn and train in different countries. I studied in Barcelona starting with 2012 until 2017 when I finished my Phd in Psychology.

Since my first experience abroad, I kept working in international environment. I developed and organized several educational programs with the Erasmus+ program of the European Commission, dedicated to develop young people’s employability skills, in countries like: Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Romania.

Further, I worked as HR consultant in the Business sector, doing training and coaching for national and multinational companies.

Still connected to the international environment and EU projects, I moved to Brussels and for 5 months I worked in the Council of the European Union.

In Brussels I became accredited Coach in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching. Now, I’m still involved in a project for the EU and I develop new projects on cross-cultural Coaching and Training.
